As world leaders gather in Glasgow for the highly anticipated COP26 fortnight, the CBI will be hosting a series of four hustings during the two weeks.
Each of the hustings will bring forward the business viewpoint on the key themes of the UK COP26 Presidency. These will be convened in the auditorium of Scottish Power’s headquarters in Glasgow and broadcast live online.
Our third in the series, in partnership with BAE Systems, will focus on Clean Transport. With transport one of the major contributors to global emissions this discussion will assess the urgent need to tackle transport emissions as a priority to reach net zero, through investments in not only vehicles and supporting infrastructure, but in alternative fuels and power trains as well.
