Article content Enbridge’s proposal comes after a call by Ontario’s Independent Electrical System Operator (IESO), the Crown corporation that oversees the province’s electrical grid, for 900 megawatts in new battery energy storage systems to meet growing needs during times of peak demand, a company official said.
