Choosing clean energyThanks to the vision and hard work of town government and volunteer committees in Lebanon, Hanover and a double handful of towns across New Hampshire, the Community Power legislation (RSA 53-E) that goes into effect next spring will enable us as individual consumers to choose the sources of our electrical power.
