Wooster Firefighters Available to Change Smoke Detector Batteries – WQKT Sports Country Radio

Oct 6, 2022The Wooster Division of Fire has announced a new program called “Change Your Clocks, Change Your Batteries”, where firefighters will be available to change smoke detector batteries for residents of Wooster.The program will include battery replacement and testing free of charge and will run from November 4th and 5th from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.Registration for the program is due by November 2nd at 5 p.m., and you can register by calling the Wooster Division of Fire and providing your name, address and number of detectors that will be serviced.
