WAUNAKEE, Wis. — Octopi Brewing is celebrating a new expansion and clean energy project.
On Wednesday, brewery employees gave a tour of the company’s new $72 million expansion, which adds two new sections, including a 200,000 square-foot redistribution center and a 120,000 square-foot expansion in its current building.
The expansion also includes a large-scale energy storage project powered by a rooftop solar installation. Part of the project’s cost was covered by a $500,000 grant.
