January 7, 2022 – Omega EMS, PowerCenter+ and Eguana Technologies Inc. have entered into agreements to launch a line of home energy storage systems into North American and Caribbean markets, which will be based on Eguana’s technology and energy storage platform.The Duracell Power Center encompasses “fully integrated residential energy storage systems” that include the company’s proprietary power electronics system, low-voltage battery modules, user interface, and energy management capabilities.The system is rated at 5-kW AC output with a modular battery design, which is scalable from 13-39 kWh in storage capacity. The NEMA 3R wall-mounted package is suitable for indoor and outdoor installations.
