Early on in Omori, shortly after meeting Omori’s friends in the playground and learning to save, the flower crown-wearing Basil disappears. The search for him makes up most of the player’s journey.
The first place the game sends the player to look is Otherworld, a tourist stop for space travelers. There’s plenty to explore here, but one oddity is the frozen lake to the east. Alongside a fishing spot and a unique store, there’s an empty igloo, with a locked trapdoor and a mechanical fish that needs batteries.
