These Rechargeable Batteries Are Cheaper, More Sustainable And Safer Than Lithium Batteries

Lithium-ion batteries have been the gold standard for rechargeable batteries for quite some time now. And while it has become extremely ubiquitous, the resources it takes to be manufactured continue to be extremely difficult to reach.

However, an energy startup dubbed Alsym Energy has developed a novel battery tech that doesn’t really use Lithium-ion or even cobalt for that matter for its batteries.
