Green Hydrogen Systems Shuffles Board, Chairman Resigns

By Dominic Chopping Green Hydrogen Systems AS said Monday that it is recommending changes to its board in order to further strengthen its manufacturing, technology and hydrogen competences needed to support the business in its continued strategy execution. Green Hydrogen Systems chairman Thyge Boserup and board member Karen-Marie Katholm have decided to step down, with Christian Clausen elected as the new chairman, it added.

The Danish company said it is nominating Anders Vedel, the chief science advisor and former chief technology officer at Vestas Wind Systems AS; Armin Schnettler, a former executive vice president at Siemens Energy; and Karen Dyrskjot Boesen, chief financial officer at Sonnedix, as candidates for the board of directors.
