The Western Interstate Hydrogen Hub is a coalition of states — New Mexico, Colorado, Utah and Wyoming — that signed a memorandum of understanding earlier this year to develop a regional clean hydrogen hub to compete for federal infrastructure funds earmarked for hydrogen development.
