BATAVIA — On Thursday, the Genesee County Economic Development Center (GCEDC) Board of Directors will consider approving incentives for solar energy project that would generate $576.5 million of capital investment — including a $550 million project proposed for Oakfield and Elba.The $550 million project is the Hecate Energy Cider Solar LLC proposed utility-scale solar project.
