RAJASTHAN LEADS IN SOLAR ENERGY DUE TO STATE GOVT’S POLICIES: CM GEHLOT

Jaipur: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said on Thursday that Rajasthan has become a leading state in the field of renewable energy. “Investments are continuously pouring in renewable energy sector after the state government came out with new solar and wind energy policies and simplification of rules. Max MoUs have also been signed in field of solar energy of solar energy in the Invest Rajasthan Summit,” the CM said while addressing a programme organised to mark MoU signing between RVUNL & CIL for setting up 1190Mw solar project.
