Tata Power targets 10,000 MW of clean energy in Rajasthan

Tata Power last week announced plans to develop around 10,000 MW of renewable energy capacity, mainly solar energy, in Rajasthan in the next five years, according to a company statement issued during the ongoing Invest Rajasthan summit in Jaipur.
It stated that the company plans to develop up to 8,000 MW of utility scale projects, 1,000 MW of solar rooftop and 1,50,000 solar pumps in the state.
