BATAVIA — The town of Batavia Planning Board Tuesday night decided the proposed Pike Road and Alexander Road solar projects, which would be built on separate properties on Alexander Road, will have no significant impact on the environment.At its meeting Tuesday night, the board went through the State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) for both projects.One project is a 3-megawatt project at 9183 Alexander Rd.
