The power sector regulator of Brazil – Aneel – has announced there has been an addition of about 514.63 MW of solar and wind power capacity to the renewable energy basket in the previous month of July.
The data shared by Aneel revealed that the solar farms had contributed for the majority of the renewable additions with 330.51 MW last month. On the other hand, the energy generated from the wind parks account for 184.12 MW.
