Loop Energy has announced a deal with the Slovakian bus maker Mobility & Innovation (M&I). The company has ordered another ten fuel cell systems to keep up with demand for its hydrogen city bus. For Loop Energy, this is the second scale-up with a manufacturer in the last few months.
For M&I, the company will help them increase the production of their 8-metre city bus and monitor operational performance. Previously, the two companies partnered to develop the prototype bus, complete field testing, and achieve EU homologation. The FCEV uses the S300 (30 kW) fuel cell system by Loop Energy.
