HOUSTON (ICIS)–Chemical and ammonia producer
Unigel announced it has installed electrolyzers
at the first industrial scale green hydrogen
plant in Brazil.
The company said it has invested $120m in the
development of this production site for green
hydrogen and that it will be utilising
technology of thyssenkrupp nucera.
Unigel’s integrated green hydrogen and green
ammonia plant is expected to be the largest in
the world and is set to start production in
late 2023.
