The existential crisis that is climate change is a colossal problem, one so massive that we risk being lulled into inaction. Nothing (we may think) that we can do will make a difference.That would be a mistake. As with so many of today’s pressing issues, local action is where effective change can take place.The soaring cost of electricity has triggered brisk interest in solar.
