Solar energy workshops, exhibits, EV Show and activities for kids
Albuquerque – The public is invited to Solar Fiesta 2022 and EV Show, a free event, with free parking, organized by the New Mexico Solar Energy Association (NMSEA), in the Cornell Mall area of the University of New Mexico (UNM) campus by the Student Union Building
The event will be on June 24, from 9 am – 3 pm. Free parking in “R/E” lots at the Southeast corner of UNM off Central Ave NE and Girard Blvd NE.
This family-oriented event, which occurs in partnership with the American Solar Energy Society (ASES) national, week-long Solar 2022 Conference at UNM, will feature scores of exhibits and a free comprehensive “Solar Energy 101” workshop – see description below as well as hands-on activities for kids with Explora! and other groups.
