Energy policy is among the many divisive issues in this age of deep political polarization. But one aspect of it has produced a welcome bipartisan movement, nationally and in the state Capitol, to develop more domestic energy in a way that also serves the environment.The Biden administration has launched an$8 billion Regional Hydrogen Hub initiative as part of its effort to diminish fossil-fuel dependence, a project that has special resonance amid record-high gasoline and diesel prices.For several reasons, Pennsylvania is especially well-positioned to establish one of the four hydrogen hubs — each with a different focus — to be created around the nation.The program calls for two of the four hubs to be established in areas with abundant natural gas…
