New Delhi: The pre-bid conference under the Chairmanship of Hon’ble Cabinet Minister (Power, New and Renewable Energy) and in attendance of Secretary (MNRE), Secretary (MoP), MD (SECI), and other officers of MNRE, MoP, and SECI was organized on 06th May 2022 through virtual mode by the Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited, a CPSE under the administrative control of MNRE, for development of 1000 MWh of Battery Energy Storage System to be developed in Rajasthan on Build, Own, Operate and Transfer basis.
It has received wide participation and interest from prospective bidders with a total being of 300 participants from more than 120 different companies from different geographies.
