Hey Taxi! Cummins Part of Paris Effort to Power Cabs With Green Hydrogen

Published 04-25-22Submitted by Cummins, Inc.April 25, 2022 /CSRwire/ – A 2.5-megawatt (MW) electrolyzer from Cummins Inc. will be part of an effort to create the world’s largest green hydrogen taxi fleet that integrates hydrogen production, distribution and use. The global power leader, through its affiliate Hydrogenics Europe N.V., has signed a contract to supply the electrolyzer to Hysteco, a hydrogen mobility company owned by Total Energies, Air Liquide, Toyota, Kouros and others. The electrolyzer will enable local hydrogen production in Paris, France, to power Hysteco’s ambitious project.
