CHAMBA: Himachal Pradesh’s (HP) aspirational district Chamba will be the first district of the hill state to produce hydrogen fuel and run transportation after the Chamba district administration and the National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC) on Friday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the execution of Pilot Hydrogen Project.
The MoU was signed by deputy commissioner (DC) Chamba D C Rana on behalf of the state government and group general manager of NHPC A K Pathak on behalf of NHPC in presence of chief minister Jai Ram Thakur.
