Green Hydrogen Systems Gets Order for Electrolysis Equipment in Scotland

By Dominic Chopping Green Hydrogen Systems AS said Thursday that it has received a new order from Logan Energy to deliver electrolysis equipment for a project in Scotland. The order includes the supply of two electrolyzers with a combined capacity of 0.9 megawatt which will be deployed in a 40-foot container as a complete green hydrogen plant used in the Arbikie distillery in Scotland, it said.

A wind turbine on the distillery’s farmland will provide electricity to Green Hydrogen Systems’ electrolysis plant, with the ordered electrolyzers producing hydrogen that will be used by the distillery to raise steam for the distillation process. Green Hydrogen Systems will be responsible for delivering the electrolyzer units and will support the project with on-site maintenance and remote monitoring and support as part of a three-year service agreement, it added….
