Solarize Superior campaign focused on promoting solar energy launched – Boulder Daily Camera

The Marshall Fire has left many Eastern County residents worried about how climate change will impact their communities in the future. With this in mind, the Town of Superior has organized a voluntary solar group buy-in program for residents looking to switch to a more sustainable form of energy.
Superior has launched Solarize Superior, a campaign that will focus on educating the community about how renewable energy can mitigate climate change. To further incentivize the switch, members of the program will be eligible for a group discount.
Superior’s campaign will follow guidance from Solar Energy International, a nonprofit organization based out of Paonia that is focused on promoting renewable energy and sustainable economic growth.
