With solar panels installed on the roofs of many HDB and commercial buildings, how much energy efficiency and savings have been achieved? This was asked by NMP Abdul Samad in Parliament on Tuesday (Mar 8). He wanted to know if such panels will be installed for all residential properties. He also asked if there are plans to build more underground transmission substations with commercial buildings above them.
