A proposed land swap that would pave the way for a battery energy storage system on 100th Street in Ocean City is tredging forward.City Council members on Monday unanimously voted to hold a public hearing on a request to swap a piece of city-owned land behind the Worcester County Public Library with an identical lot that Delmarva Power owns.A version of the request went before members of the planning commission last week, and received a favorable, yet leery, recommendation.
